Description
SaffRice is the most refined of the three rice desserts. The combination of rice, almonds, rose water and real saffron comes from the Eastern confectionery tradition.
Flavour profile
A fine aroma, a soft and balanced taste, a creamy texture. The golden colour comes entirely from the saffron, with no colourings at all.
When to eat it
A dessert for after dinner or as a gift. Eat it chilled, or warm it slightly and sprinkle it with flaked almonds.
A sterilised product, stable at room temperature. Once opened, keep it refrigerated.
