Right of withdrawal

Under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

An important exception

The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable food products, or to sealed goods which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and health once opened. Drinks and desserts fall into this category once opened.

When we accept returns

We accept returns of unopened products with intact packaging and a valid use by date, provided they have been kept refrigerated.

Damaged or wrong parcel

If the goods arrive damaged or are wrong, write to us at info@greenway.top with a photo and your order number. We will replace them or refund you, at no cost to you.

Refunds

The amount is refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method.
